Mr. McCaughan earned Masters and Bachelors of Science Degrees in Management and Justice from Wilmington University. Mr. McCaughan then went on to earn his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Widener University School of Law. He has been a past Member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, along with belonging to other charters and Professional Associations.
